Wilson itself is a small residential area, but there are a couple of great places to eat and it's a great place to be based for exploring the Grand Teton National Park as access via the Moose Wilson road is much quieter (partly unsurfaced and I don't believe RVs are allowed to access the park on this road). We enjoyed two meals at the "Stagecoach" which had a friendly atmosphere and was popular with locals and tourists alike. A car is essential for exploring the local area.
