First of all people please bare In mind you’ll be so far from the Hollywood sign if that’s your main desire on this tour. Secondly the tour vehicle was hideous. Tour guide was fun though he’s the only reason I gave a 2star if not I’d give zero!!!… I’m disappointed. And oh they overcharged us for all this, yup I’m disappointed entirely

Description of the tour says you will 19+ celebrity homes while in reality we saw about 4 or 5. Many of the homes were off in the distance and could not stop long enough to really see them. Riding through Beverly Hills and down Mulholland Drive was nice but the purpose of the tour was to see homes which we didn't do much of. Tour guide was nice and had some facts/stories about the area. This tour did not meet our expectations unfortunately. Also, they need to upgrade their PA system. You had to plug headphones into an old school adapter with terrible sound quality. You can hear either static or the wind the whole time and can't seem to get the tour guide to the right volume.

Hands down the best tour my family has taken in L.A. The details the tour guide shared about the stars’ homes were eye opening. Hard to believe the stars live right in L.A. The only negative was an insensitive remark about Michael Jackson’s death, ‘this is where the king of pop popped.’ I would tweak that reference, but otherwise our tour guide was amazing!! This was so much fun.

This tour was great. Our driver, Lee, was funny, entertaining, and energetic. He really made the experience 10 times better. All in all, I give this tour a 100/10 and would recommend it to everyone.

We were told it would be only 8 people and masks would be worn. Ended up being 14 people and driver told everyone masks are optional. We were told two hours for the tour and it was barely 90 minutes. The tour is boring. You barely get a glimpse of Hollywood sign for picture. Driver doesn’t slow down or stop. Driver was boring. Said he has lived here and worked in the industry for decades but had no good stories. So boring. I would love to get my money back. It’s a very basic low class tour. I would not recommend unless you are the most desperate tourist.

The tour we were on was insultingly bad. The driver was inappropriate and inept. The entirety of the tour was filled with silence, uncomfortable mouth noises, and harassing people we drove by. It didn’t include any information that could be considered a tour. Instead we got pitiful details like, “This is Beverly Hills,” or “That restaurant’s called Hyde, they have something called Hyde Fridays. You can look it up.” While in a residential area, he stopped next to a woman jogging and called to her asking who she was and if she was famous. While driving by young people with windows or tops down on their car he’d shout over to ask where the party was. It was an uncomfortable and inappropriate experience that no one should ever experience on a professional tour. At the end when the driver asked for tips, every passenger just walked by him. This would be the worst case experience if it was a $15 dollar tour, but the price we were forced to pay is outrageous. The drivers should be vetted. As a former and soon to be resident, I like taking people who visit on touristy activities, after this, I know to avoid Starline tours. At least if a different tour group is terrible, my wallet won’t hurt so much.

This was the worst tour I have ever taken. The tour guide, Rob almost killed us multiple times. The only part of celebrity house that we saw was the roof tops and mostly from across a canyon. The bus was dirty and Fallon apart. I actually am calling to complain directly to Viator when I get home. Worst money ever spent
