You won’t regret taking this ocean kayaking adventure with Laguna Ethos. We had the best time going out with Justin and Laguna Ethos. He really brought a wonderful mixture of knowledge, safety skills, of course a lot of fun mixed in with the facts and an overall attitude of enjoyment that was appreciated. The equipment was already set out for us, & he helped usher us out one kayak at a time. Afterwards he made suggestions about local haunts and things to do in the area. The sea lions were out and greeted us and the whale activity off shore was fun to see. Thank you for the fun excursion!

We absolutely loved our kayaking adventure with Justin! It was truly the highlight of our trip to Laguna Beach. We were not only thrilled by the breathtaking scenery…the crystal clear ocean and the beautiful California coastline…but were also fortunate to get up close views of wildlife. We saw seals, sea lions, and spent a good amount of time hanging out with a group of dolphins. It was magical! Justin provided interesting information about the animals we saw and the history of the area as well. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect way to end our trip and would highly recommend!

Another amazing experience with Lagune Ethos, this time kayaking with our excellent guide, Joey. His total professionalism, and genuine love and respect for the ocean and its life comes through and made the experience complete. He was able to answer every question we had and also put my partner’s nerves at ease (her first time kayaking) with clear safety instructions and tips for steering and handling the kayak. We saw a stunning variety of marine life that included a group of dolphins who swam very close to us, and sea lions chilling on nearby cliffs! A dream come true!

Incredible morning with Laguna Ethos! Justin accommodated a last minute request for a tour, and it was the perfect day for an ocean kayak! He was very personable, knowledgeable, and we had a blast!

So much fun. It is a safe and easy paddle so don't be afraid. Justin was very good telling us about the wildlife and the area on land that we viewed from the ocean. Laguna Beach is very pretty. You will have fun.

Highly recommend. We had a blast with Justin on our kayaking tour. My husband & I booked short notice and worried overcast and rain might derail our activities, but Justin took the two of us out for a fantastic tour on the sea. You leave from a secluded private beach, he gives easy & clear instruction the entire time, and has a wealth of knowledge about local history and wildlife. We will be back! (Also, you will be 90% wet when finished, so dress appropriately.)

Joey, our guide was great! He was kind and had some cool fun facts about the area even a local like myself found interesting. A perfect amount of time and great tour. Only tip I have for the consumer is make sure to use the address in the Google invite/email you get after booking. If you open maps/Google maps and search by name it gives a different address and can cause confusion.

I went out in a group setting and it was perfect. It was a first time experience for myself, my daughters and a few friends. Being that it was our first time kayaking we felt nervous at first but Justin was amazing at making us all feel comfortable and at ease. He took the time to explain the process and answered all questions to make us feel safe. Not only did he teach us how to kayak but he also told us some interesting facts about Laguna, took pictures and let us enjoy the beautiful views. I would definitely use Laguna Ethos again, I have already recommended them to family. Can’t wait till next time!!
